Roostr was founded by two lifelong friends, one Brazilian and one Colombian, who grew up surrounded by cultures where coffee has always meant more than what's in the cup.
For us, coffee isn't just a product. Its woven into the communities, traditions, culture, and people that shape our families. Growing up with familiy in Brazil and Colombia gave us a first hand appreciation for the work, dedication, and care that goes into every harvest. Its their work that makes everything we do possible.
As we learned more about the journey from farm to cup, we developed an even greater appreciation for the farmers, producers, and communities behind every bean. Their work is the foundation of everything we love about coffee.
That perspective continues to guide us as we build Roostr. We believe that great coffee starts with great people, and we're committed to building a company that reflects the respect, quality, and authenticity that coffee deserves.
